Not every agency wants to design a theme from scratch, and not every agency has to. The Theme Pack Marketplace is where finished packs live: a set of official packs built and verified by FreshStaff, plus packs other agencies have chosen to publish, each with real ratings, trend data, and a one-click install.
Why staffing teams need it
Your dashboard is what recruiters, clients, and workers look at all day, and it's part of how your brand comes across to them. Most agencies don't want to spend design time getting there from scratch, they want to pick from a handful of good-looking options and adjust from there in minutes.
The Marketplace supplies exactly that: a curated set of official packs plus a growing library of packs published by other agencies, each with real ratings and install counts so you can see what's actually working for others, not just a static thumbnail.
How it works
Browse official packs, trending packs, or packs personalized to your account's own style history. Save any pack for later, or install it directly.
Every install runs a safety check first, the same contrast and structural validation the Designer runs on publish, so a marketplace pack can't quietly ship a broken or inaccessible theme to your account.
Rate an installed pack, and see per-pack analytics: how many agencies have installed it, its rating distribution, and its full version history. If the pack's author publishes an update, you're notified rather than auto-updated out from under you.
Agencies who choose to publish their own pack can update it later, and FreshStaff reviews every published pack to keep the marketplace safe and high quality.
