AI Visit Planning already turns visit selection into a one-click action, but it still asks a rep to think about search radius and how many stops to include. The Daily Route Auto-Generator strips that down even further. It's the same scoring and routing engine, running with sensible built-in defaults, plus one extra bit of memory. It knows who this rep has already seen today, so a client visited an hour ago never shows back up on the list.
Why staffing teams need it
Even a one-click planning tool creates friction if it asks the rep to make choices first, like a search radius or a stop count, before it does anything. Most days, a rep just wants to know where to go next without configuring anything, especially first thing in the morning or right after wrapping up a stop.
There's also a real risk with any repeatable "nearby clients" query. Without memory of what's already happened today, a rep could get routed right back to someone they saw an hour ago. The Daily Route Auto-Generator is built specifically to avoid that. It checks the rep's own visit log for today before building the list.
How it works
Tapping "Generate Today's Route" reads the rep's current location, looks up every client that rep has already logged a visit to today, and pulls the full list of nearby clients minus that exclusion set. From there it's the same engine as AI Visit Planning. Score by category, confidence, proximity, and shared building context, keep the strongest candidates, and reorder them into a short route, just running with fixed defaults (roughly a 2 km radius and up to eight stops) instead of asking the rep to configure anything first.
Because it's built directly on the same Lead Scoring and Route Optimization engines, there's no separate system to maintain and no added cost. It's a simpler, zero-setup entry point into tools FreshStaff already has.

Automatically leaving out today's already-visited clients avoids a specific, real annoyance, getting routed back to someone just seen, without the rep having to remember to filter it out themselves.
