Why staffing teams need it
A busy branch has dozens of open threads at any moment. Clients who have not heard from anyone in weeks, jobs sitting unfilled past their expected timeline, placements with a compliance document about to expire. None of that is hard to see on its own. It is hard to see all of it together, ranked by what actually deserves attention first, without checking every list in the platform by hand.

How Copilot builds your list
Copilot Priorities scores the data that already lives in FreshStaff. Client health signals, job aging risk, placement reliability, compliance expirations, the same signals that power the Client Health and Reliability Report features elsewhere in the platform. It is not a separate AI model guessing on its own. It is one consistent set of rules applied every time.
Every item on the list carries a short, specific reason, like "no sales visit in 34 days" or "job open 12 days past average time to fill for this category," instead of a mystery score, and every item links straight to the record it is about. Copilot Actions builds right on top of this list, so once you know what needs attention, acting on it is one click away.
