It is not a separate AI model guessing on its own. It is one consistent set of rules applied every time.
Every item on the list carries a short, specific reason, like "no sales visit in 34 days" or "job open 12 days past average time to fill for this category," instead of a mystery score, and every item links straight to the record it is about. Copilot Actions builds right on top of this list, so once you know what needs attention, acting on it is one click away.
