No credit card is needed to sign up. Your workspace is free until you place your first worker, and a card is only requested at that point. There's no long-term contract: cancel anytime and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fee, no renegotiation, no lock-in.

A field worker/temp who, during the current billing cycle, had at least one pay stub or direct deposit processed, logged hours or shifts on a job assignment, or was flagged Active on a client job order. If none of that happened this month, they're not an Active Placement, even if they're still in your system.

You don't pay for them that month. Active Placements are counted fresh each billing cycle, no pay stub, no hours, no active job order means $0 for that person, automatically. There's no "pause" or "archive" step required.

There are no live background-check, timekeeping, accounting, or cloud-storage integrations today.
