Reliability & Availability Intelligence doesn't replace that scoring, it wraps it: every night, a scheduled job computes a snapshot for every worker and stores it, so a manager can see whether a score is climbing or sliding, not just what it is right now. The same job projects a 14-day availability forecast, and Copilot reads both directly, so a reliability drop or a forecasted gap shows up as a priority before it becomes a client's problem.
Why staffing teams need it
A single reliability score answers "how is this worker doing right now," but it can't answer "is this getting better or worse," and it says nothing about next week. Those are exactly the questions that matter for planning: which workers are trending down before they hit a real threshold, and which ones are about to run out of availability on an active placement.

How it works
A scheduled job runs nightly against every worker in your company. For reliability, it calls the same real reliability engine that already powers each worker's live score, and stores the result as a new, timestamped snapshot, never overwriting the last one, so history builds up automatically.
For availability, it calls the same real availability engine and projects the result forward across the next 14 days, one persisted row per day, with confidence that's highest for today and decays the further out the forecast reaches, since it's an estimate rather than an observation past a certain point.
Copilot reads both, directly: a reliability score that dropped 15 or more points between two snapshots, or a worker with zero forecasted available days in the next week, becomes a priority in Copilot's daily list, each with a plain reason attached.
Three actions are attached to every Reliability & Availability Intelligence priority. Replace Worker checks who's actually available today with a strong reliability score and recommends them as a substitute. Adjust Schedule flags the placement for a recruiter to review and reassign. Alert Manager notifies the worker's branch staff directly. Every computation and every action is written to an audit trail.
Built on what already works
Reliability & Availability Intelligence doesn't introduce a new scoring formula. It wraps FreshStaff's existing Worker Reliability and Worker Availability engines and adds the two things they didn't have on their own: persistence over time, and a forward view instead of only a snapshot of right now.

Why It Matters
Trend beats a snapshot. A worker whose score dropped from 90 to 70 in a week is a very different situation than one who's been steady at 70 for months, even though the current number looks the same. Only persisted history can tell the two apart.
A forecast beats a status. Knowing a worker has zero available days coming up gives a recruiter time to plan a replacement before the gap actually happens, instead of finding out the day of.
