Redeployment
Placing a worker on a new assignment when their current one ends, keeping good workers active and reducing sourcing cost.
Redeployment matters because sourcing a brand-new worker costs far more than moving a proven one to the next assignment — a high redeployment rate is a strong signal of a healthy bench and lower overall recruiting cost per placement.
